in our world....  your leaders....  lead by example....

for instance....  IF....  the environmental leaders want YOU to have a small carbon footprint....  well....  then....  they themsevles will HAVE a very small carbon footprint....

AND....

your leaders ARE in good shape....  they take CARE of their health....  in order to provide an example....

eye KNOW....  that in this world....  some of you....  were born....  genetically....  to have trouble losing weight....  you ARE the fat cells in the body of christ....

UNFAIR.....  right.... you THINK that this is unfair....  that it is MUCH harder for you to lose weight....  than other....  than a muscle cell for instance....

however....  have you ever thought....  being a fat cell....  having difficulty losing weight....  is your particlular challenge in this world....  we ALL have challenges....  and....  for some of you....  weight loss....  is your challenge....  

do NOT be like cashew girl or discount girl....  and....  refuse to do your part....  and....  refuse to face your specific challenge....

eye HAVE provided an example for you....

eye lost sixty pounds in a little over a year....  by eating very little....  and....  capping it off with a twenty three day fast....

then....  eye got thrown in the mental hospital....  and....  a psychotic psychiatrist....   forced me on a high dose of zyprexa....  eye gained the sixty pounds back....   in about three months.... and....  got type two diabetes....

and....  when a doctor told me eye had diabetes....  eye asked her....  if eye could lose weight and change my diet....  rather than go on diabetes drugs....  she said....  that will work to....

so....  eye spent nearly five years....  working out twice a day....  and....  eating fourteen hundred calories or less a day....  sure....  eye slipped....  several times....  but....  all in all....  stuck to it....  and....  eye lost eighty five pounds....

more recently....  they threw me in the mental hospital again....  and....  eye gained twenty back while eye was in the mental hospital....  and....  then....  ten more after that.... 

eye want to get back to one hundred and seventy or one hundred and sixty pounds....  eye am HOPING that this time....  you fat cells....  will do YOUR part....  will work to lose your own weight....  instead of FORCING me to do it for you....

listen....  eye KNOW it will not be easy....  but....  because of zyprexa....  eye had to live on fourteen hundred calories a day....  and....  work out twice a day....  that is less than women will have to eat....  in order to lose weight....  and....  it is far less than overweight men will have to eat....  to lose weight....  eye am NOT asking you....  to do what eye will not do....  eye am ASKING you to do YOUR part....  eye am ASKING you to join me in this battle....  and....  you will be rewarded....  for doing your part....

all eye am asking....  is....  give a little bit....  give a little bit of your love to me....  give a little bit of your effort to me....  any amount will help....  even walking once a day.... will help....

just know....  if....  you do not do your part....  you WILL be demoted....  you WILL be kicked out of this world....  and....  if you do MORE than your part....  you WILL be promoted....  eye can think of MANY people in the higher ranks....  who need to be demoted....  which....  means....  there will be openings....  for many of you....  in the lower ranks....
