and.... yes.... the accountant.... eye tried to tell her how to fix her business.... she owed me money.... so.... eye tried to help her fix her business.... and.... she hated me for it.... and.... eye would do it again.... given the same situation all over.... eye would do it again.... you have three options.... let me help.... pay your debt.... OR.... get out.... eye THINK eye am the best kind of landlord.... you CANNOT pay your bills.... eye will HELP you find a way.... eye will NOT kick you out.... IF.... you let me help.... AND.... if we cannot find a way.... together.... eye will help you out.... in whatever way eye can.... if you cannot make a profit.... we will figure it out together.... maybe you have to get out.... but.... eye will do everything eye can.... to help you see if you can keep it first....
the accountant owed me money.... so.... eye am going to force my ideas on her.... either.... she can listen to my ideas.... or.... she can pay her debt.... the electric car woman does NOT owe me money.... so.... eye WILL leave her alone.... eye will NOT force my ideas on her.... however.... will SOMEONE urge her not to vote.... if she does NOT understand....
